Senior Account Manager/Account Director
A world-renowned, global medical communications agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager/Account Director to join their Cheshire based team.
This role focuses on client service and delivery of projects to set timelines and budgets, predominantly on publications-based accounts. You would be the main point of contact for clients, and responsible for ensuring completion of set project targets. With experience, there will be opportunity to work on business growth and strategic consultancy on client accounts. A fantastic role to take on more responsibility and integrate yourself within a growing and dynamic agency.

Lead and mentor the internal account team on client accounts, working on project targets, and providing line management as requirement.
Contribute to team training for continued professional development and support company workshops to promote progression.
Hands on client management, able to provide strategic guidance and seeking opportunities for business growth when possible.
Maximising revenue on projects by accurately forecasting and planning details and reviewing plans regularly.
Embrace company policies and values, representing the agency both internally and externally as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life science degree
Eligible to work in the UK
Previous medcomms agency experience
Publications accounts experience
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Problem solving and resourcefulness
