Senior Account Manager
Our client is a global medical communications agency looking to add a Senior Account Manager with digital experience to join their London office with a flexible working arrangement available.
You will be an experienced account manager and play a vital part within the team, working alongside the client services teams to provide direction and ideas in every decision. You will make sure that the smooth running of the accounts will be on budget and on time. Responsible for the understanding and delivery of all projects clients will require, you will be able to execute these projects to a high client satisfaction. The role will require you to be digitally creative to ensure that the medical educational programmes run are to your client’s approval. Building relationships to become main point of contact for all accounts
Strong digital capabilities
Overseeing all accounts and to understand client requirements
Highlighting key issues and resolving them quickly and methodically
Growing broad networks, developing pitches and contributing to incremental business
Meeting time frames and deadlines for all projects
Establishing best working practice
Providing high digital standards of work
Exceed all clients’ expectations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life sciences degree
Must have previous experience of working as an account manager within a medical communications agency
Must have digital experience with in a healthcare background
Able to communicate clearly at all levels
Client rapport building
Attention to detail, precision and accuracy
Able to deliver on budget and time
To be considered for this role you must live in the UK and have previous medical communications experience with an agency.
