A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Executive to join a growing medical communications agency based in Oxford. The successful applicant will manage the logistical aspects of the assigned accounts as well as liaising with clients, experts, suppliers and internal project teams.
Working within a team of medical writers and account handlers, you will support the delivery of a mix of materials, both print and digital on a Director led global oncology account. As well as slide decks, posters, abstracts, speaker notes, agendas etc. you will also have the opportunity to work with web content and videos, assisting the team to ensure that materials are developed on time, to budget and to the very highest standard.

Develop project schedule and manage the schedule for the project team
Understand the roles and responsibilities of team members
Create status report template for project based on client’s requirements
Identify relevant SOPs so that team members can comply with them
Update status reports and share with client, as per agreed schedule
Organise regular and ad-hoc client/internal update meetings as required
Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding logistical aspects of allocated projects
Provide specific project-related costs to team members to support development of project budget
Actively monitor/track expenditure versus budget and flag issues to Account Manage
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life Science degree
Previous experience gained within a medical communications environment
Excellent attention to detail
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, you will be someone who wants to deliver an excellent service to your clients
Some International/UK based travel may be required in this role, depending on project allocation
