Our client is a healthcare communications consultancy working on a variety of medical communication projects with the aim of bringing about improvements to patient outcomes. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Senior Account Executive to work across a portfolio of projects, including meetings and be based at their offices in Surrey.
Our client provides education to HCPs to improve their knowledge and skills over a number of different diseases areas. They are seeking candidates with experience of client handling and project management who have been involved with delivering a range of healthcare meetings (advisory boards, congresses, symposia and live events).

Assist the Account Manager in responding to client queries, providing regular status reports and being able to report on the status of any aspect of the meeting
Assist in the management the project timelines, client expectations, internal processes and budgets
Contribute to managing all the logistics including venue selection & negotiation, contracts, subsistence, travel & accommodation as required. Management of all AV requirements, either directly with the venue or an external supplier
Liaison with speakers about the meeting logistics
Ensure a continuing good relationship with clients and that a consistently efficient and effective service is provided
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Educated to degree level, preferably in a life science
Previous experience of delivering medical communications events/meetings for different audiences
Previous experience of liaising with AV/digital companies to deliver technical support for a meeting
Excellent planning and organisational skills
General computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
