Oversee the management of a full range of high-quality medical communication services
Design and support delivery of creative communications including congress activities, advisory boards, standalone meetings, digital and training materials
Through effective line management and coaching ensure training, development, and appraisal of all line reports
Contribute to pitches, new business development, and the development of existing accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life Science Degree – preferably a PhD or PharmD
Significant previous writing experience in a medical communications agency
Able to demonstrate strategic and tactical thinking
Strong capability for financial management
Interest and understanding of developments in the healthcare industry worldwide
Previous account leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
