Our client is an independent and award-winning communications agency that creates and delivers compelling, insight-driven medical communication and education programmes. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Scientific Director to join their team their Hampshire office.
In this role, you will provide operational and scientific leadership to allocated teams and accounts, and work with national and international clients within healthcare. You will develop high-quality scientific deliverables while building strong relationships with clients, whom you will support with strategic advice.

Manage, lead, mentor, and motivate editorial team members
Be the main point of contact for designated client accounts, providing scientific and strategic leadership and operational and budgetary support
Take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects across accounts, providing direction through writing
Proactively identify organic growth opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and lead and contribute to new business activities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life science degree
Significant previous experience of medical writing gained within a medical communications environment and in-depth knowledge of traditional medical education projects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
A high level of energy, self-motivation, and a passion for success
