Our client is a successful and respected healthcare value consultancy who are looking for an Associate Director/Director to join their team in Cheshire.
In this role, you will provide business leadership and act as a senior lead on assigned projects. You will be involved in assessing new business opportunities, leading the development of proposals, and be the senior point of contact to your clients. You will mentor and guide your projects teams and provide the final strategic review of deliverables.

Design, manage and undertake elements of project delivery and reviewing deliverables, including direct contact with clients and day-to-day project management
As part of the leadership team, generate new business for relevant practice areas
Contribute to the strategic direction of the portfolio of services and continue to create innovative solutions
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Significant previous experience working within an agency or client environment
A strong scientific background with a first or second degree in life sciences and/or health economics
Expertise in designing and efficiently executing complete market access research strategies
Ability to lead and manage members of a project team
Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
Excellent organisation skills
In-depth understanding of the perspectives and evidence needs of the numerous stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making
Attention to detail is crucial
In this role, you will be able to demonstrate your strategic insight by contributing to the strategic direction of service offerings and engage in activities to increase the external profile of the company.
