Our client is a successful healthcare communications agency who are looking for an experienced Digital Lead to join their team in London. They work with traditional medcomms as well as healthcare PR, and this role offers the opportunity to work across the business developing digital strategy and implementing online channel solutions.
This is a client facing role working with existing clients to grow their digital / social presence. They are looking for an entrepreneurial attitude to work, ability to work with flexible briefing, and a demonstrable desire to elevate and educate digital and social acumen amongst the team and able to offer strategic advice and set the direction for the programme.

Leading and implementing digital health programmes
Managing and developing client relationships and providing strategic counsel
Regular knowledge sharing, with a focus on upskilling and offering on-the-job coaching plus structured training to the team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Educated to degree level
Significant experience of leading the digital aspects of medical communications programmes
Successful multi-tasker with scrupulous attention to detail
Great leadership skills and the ability to motivate, empower and inspire team members to take initiative, build confidence and meet expectations
Experience of organic and paid social media strategy and execution
Experience of social listening and market research software
Data and analytics retrieval, interpretation and analysis skills
Web and app strategy, development, project management and implementation experience
Budgeting and programme finance management
