Our client is a market leading medical communications agency who are seeking a Database Coordinator, to based full-time in their Cheshire offices.
They are a full-service agency, providing innovative medical communication solutions to the healthcare industry. They create and develop materials to communicate highly complex concepts across an impressive range of therapeutic areas that meet the complex strategic challenges facing their clients.
You will play a key role in supporting the client services teams by creating, managing, and coordinating data record keeping using an array of software including Datavision and Zinc.

To be considered for this role you must be based in the UK and live within a daily commutable distance of their Cheshire office.
Provide high-quality support to account teams by creating and maintaining Datavision records
Generate regular Datavision reports for internal and external account teams
Monitor due dates to identify approaching deadlines and liaise with teams as necessary
Ensure all required documentation is obtained from authors in a well-organised and timely manner
Ensure auditory requirements are adhered to and understood by all account teams
Use client management tools (Datavision and/or Zinc) to send documents for internal and external review
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Degree level qualification
Excellent written, numerical, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Good database knowledge and ideally some experience in using Datavision and other software such as Veeva Vault PromoMats (formally Zinc MAPS) or PubStrat
Well organised, diligent with a close attention to detail
Strong data creation, formatting, and editing skills
Experience within a medical publications business a distinct advantage, but other publication sectors would be considered
Ability to follow processes and make suggestions for improvements where appropriate
