Client Services Director
Our client is a leading, award-winning global healthcare communications agency, seeking a Client Services Director to join their team on a hybrid working basis.
You will be the leader of account teams ensuring they excel and are motivated to deliver projects to a high standard. You will have the experience to provide strategic direction both internally and to clients and external stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your accumulated scientific and commercial expertise, to engage with clients and grow your accounts organically, and to take on the challenge of leading accounts and teams on a larger scale.

This role is open to those eligible for work who are resident in the UK; we are unable to proceed with applications for candidates without medical communications agency experience, as this is a prerequisite.
Responsible for your team’s work practices and quality standards, including training, regular feedback, and career opportunities
Assisting your team with strategic direction on larger and complex projects, coming to innovative and creative solutions to meet client needs
Overall responsibility for financial management, ensuring cost-effectiveness of resources
Providing clients with the benefit of your extensive knowledge and experience within the industry, taking on prospects for organic growth when applicable
Developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders and opinion leaders
Pitching and winning new business for the company
Involvement in company-wide initiatives and acts as an ambassador both internally and externally
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life Science degree
Significant medical communications client services experience
Account and financial management experience
Leaderships skills; able to communicate, delegate and motivate
Interpersonal skills; build client and team relationships
Business development; growth of client accounts and pitching for new business
Proactive, attention to detail and consistent
