Client Services Director – Digital
Our client is seeking a Client Services Director to join its team of digital innovators in their London office. They are specialists in medical and scientific communications and support global pharmaceutical companies to achieve their communications goals through the utilisation of digital technology and channels.
As part of the management team you will lead a team of Account Directors and Strategists across office locations (US and UK), and have responsibility for the delivery of revenue targets. You will create and maintain strong client and inter-company relationships and contribute to new business development.

Managing complex integrated digital initiatives and acting as a main point of contact for clients and other agency account services for all digital initiatives on key accounts
Provide effective strategic leadership for all aspects of the accounts
To lead the development of new business opportunities, as well as growing existing business.
Build and maintain close client relationships and develop good relationships with internal digital stakeholders and the digital and creative teams, ensuring a high level of communication and collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
In-depth digital pharma industry knowledge and significant previous experience of running digital accounts in a medical communications agency setting
Excellent project management skills and fundamentals in budgeting, planning, writing Statements of Work and project documentation are an absolute must
Have breadth of experience including planning, development and implementation of communication and awareness campaigns; digital strategy development; website and web platform development; organization and management of virtual and live meetings, congress and booth engagement; training applications; mobile and tablet applications; video and animation development experience (preferably augmented reality and virtual reality experience)
Ability to lead, manage and develop internal teams
Proven track record in managing and growing digital and creative accounts
Strong client focus and relationship building
