Working in a talented client services team in a wide range of locations (as well as remote working options in place), our client is looking for an Associate Client Services Director to join them.
You will be join a global company with in an exciting time of growth with some excellent accounts on offer. You will lead the team in direction and be able to optimise growth on each opportunity presented. You will shape aspects of operational outcomes within the agency. Supporting the client services team, you will have the opportunity to company initiatives to be able to maximise performances. Leading long term development of accounts and client relationships you will enjoy planning long term goals and objective settings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
At least 6 years’ experience with a healthcare or medical communications agency
A degree within life sciences
Experience of account management work, forecasting and financials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successful proven experience of strategic planning
To be considered for this role you must live in the UK and have previous medical communications experience with an agency.
