Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
Our client is a leading global healthcare communications business that provides tailored medical education and e-learning to global pharmaceutical industry clients. As a result of business growth, our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to play a key role in their growing teams in their London or Cheshire offices.
In this role, you will be involved in providing support for a wide range of audiences throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and produce bespoke e-learning programs, virtual events and digital tools and resources.

Manage a broad range of projects from briefing to delivery
Provide professional, proactive, and insightful service to assigned clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Confidently manage finances and timelines, paying close attention to detail
Support business development activities through organic growth of accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good Life Science degree
Previous significant medical communications agency experience working with virtual meetings and other digital media
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Strong commercial acumen aligned with the critical abilities to multi-task, prioritize, and work to deadlines
Team-spirited, with an encouraging and creative approach to ideas, combined with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and enthusiasm for healthcare-related topics
