Account Manager – Publications
We are seeking an experience Account Manager to join a successful Med Comms agency to work on a global publications account. You could work in any of their UK offices combined with the flexibility of home based.
Our client offers a range of services including medical communications, e-learning, digital engagement and market access consultancy to top 20 pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will be a key member of the team working on a product that is both clinically and commercially successful. You will have experience of delivering global medical communications publications projects, including the use of client management tools (e.g. Zinc / Datavision), and have an understanding of publication-related regulations.

Manage a broad range of publications projects from briefing to delivery
Be the day-to-day point of contact for the client
Be hands-on with an effective team orientated approach
Work closely with medical writers and creatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality publications work
Support the account’s financial status, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing
Mentor more junior members of the team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life science degree
Previous experience in a medical communications agency working on publications accounts
Experienced of working as part of a multifunctional team
Excellent eye for detail and accurate in your work
Good planning, organisational and prioritising skills
