Due to continued success and growth, our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their award winning team medical communications team in their offices in Hampshire.
With international offices and over 150 staff worldwide, this is a great chance to join a flourishing agency and work on a high profile account. You will be the day to day contact on the account to ensure smooth delivery.

To take client briefs, proactively suggest potential solutions, and be able to communicate this to the wider team
Communicating the schedule to all parties and making them aware of their actions and building contingency plans
Understanding the key challenges faced by clients and confidently suggest new solutions and ways to add value
Understand client feedback, communicate feedback clearly to the creative team
Keeping the client informed of progress at agreed intervals
Managing budgets, PO’s and campaign costs
Create and maintain contact reports and client liaison logs
Actively contribute to all aspects of agency life including meetings, brainstorms and pitches
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life Science degree
Previous account management experience gained within a medical communications agency environment
Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail
Drive and determination to achieve excellence
Good organisational, planning and execution skills
Hands-on, team player with a proactive approach
Good digital understanding
Understanding of ABPI guidelines
