Our client is a boutique medical communications and education agency based in Oxfordshire. They work with a range of therapy areas for global, European, and local accounts on a range of projects from communications strategy to comprehensive, fully integrated medical education programmes. Due to continued success, they are looking for a graduate to become their new Account Executive.
In this role you will be working with the Account Managers and Account Directors for all allocated projects, manage the process of delivery, deliver the administrative/logistical aspects and communicate these aspects of a project to internal and external stakeholders. As this is a graduate role, you will receive a comprehensive graduate training programme to enable you develop the necessary competencies to start your career in medical communications.

Work with logistics and administration tasks for allocated projects
Develop and maintain schedules for projects
Organise client and internal project team meetings, project status reports, schedules and client agendas with support from account managers/account directors
Track costs on projects flagging concerns to account leads, supporting budget development where required
Communicate regularly with external stakeholders in a professional manner
Seek to learn and develop your role working with your line manager on your objectives
Be available for domestic and international travel when onsite support is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of a BSc in a life science
Organised with good time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and enthusiastic
Competent in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
