Account Director/ Senior Account Director
Our client is an award-winning, fully integrated healthcare communications agency. Due to continued success, they are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Director/Senior Account Director to join their Med Ed team in Surrey.
Depending on experience, you will lead your team and oversee the delivery on multiple client projects and establish and maintain strong client relationships. In addition to your involvement in strategy, planning, development, and senior-level counsel, you will also play a significant role in business development, where you will be seeking out new opportunities and areas for organic growth whilst also contributing to developing proposals and leading pitches.

Responsibility for developing, budgeting, and managing allocated accounts to ensure the delivery of high quality projects to suit clients’ needs
Building and maintaining great relationships with clients and other internal/external stakeholders
Effectively lead, coach and mentor your team
Contribute to business development on existing accounts and new businesses
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life science degree
Significant previous medcomms agency experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
The ability to lead and motivate a team
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
Previous experience within business development
