You must have strong technical writing and editing skills.  The position will provide opportunities for significant client liaison and will involve working with leading international thought-leaders in a range of therapy areas.  Good organizational skills and a confident manner are therefore prerequisites. You will also have the responsibility of leading, guiding and mentoring more junior members of the team. A good life science degree is essential, a PhD or other postgraduate qualification would be preferred together with experience or knowledge of medical communications, preferably gained within an agency environment.
