My client is an independent medical communications agency. Established in 2000 the company has enjoyed sustained growth and now currently employs 35 staff based in two offices in the North and South of England. This role will be based in their Oxfordshire office.

The company has a requirement for an experienced medical writer to join their highly talented team. Recognised for their creative work you will be working within a supportive and friendly environment where development and advancement are based upon merit rather than length of service.

The company has a broad client list (Top 10 pharma) and consequently has a diversity of global, international and domestic accounts. They welcome all therapy area knowledge but have a particular interest in candidates with hands on knowledge of CV, GI, CNS, and Oncology accounts.

Ideally you will have worked in the areas listed below although equivalent knowledge and industry experience will also be considered:

• Written primary and review articles for submission to peer-review journals 
• Written materials used for promotional purposes (e.g. monographs, sales aids, slide kits etc)
• Have knowledge or experience of editorially leading the development of satellite symposia
• Have knowledge or experience of working on opinion leader development programmes
• Have knowledge or experience of having worked on or run a publication plan
• Have knowledge or experience of having worked on a number of different products at different stages of their lifecycle
• Enjoy interacting with clients in a prominent capacity
