Our client is a boutique medical communications agency based in Cheshire. They have a requirement for a medical writer to join their team in the North West.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the production of high quality marketing materials (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, internal dossiers etc.) for mainly international accounts. The company works in a number of therapy areas so you can expect to diversify your writing experience and they also require that you liaise directly with the client on your assigned accounts so this role would suit someone already used to client facing or someone looking to develop their career in that area.

The work environment is friendly and relaxed and the need for a good work life balance is rigorously observed. You will be expected to complete a writing test prior to interview as part of the recruitment process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• You will be educated to PhD level
• You should have previous experience as a medical writer in an agency / pharma or equivalent environment
• You will have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledgeable of variety of medical communications marketing materials
