Our client, an independent communications and branding agency, has a vacancy for an experienced medical editor to join the team based in Oxfordshire.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with editorial and commercial colleagues to assure the quality of the company's medical communications deliverables.  They will have the opportunity to work both in traditional formats (journal publications, posters, monographs etc.) and on projects involving Internet-based and other interactive technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 
Excellent written English and a good eye for detail are prerequisites.  A good science degree would be preferred, as would experience gained in a medical communications agency, technical medical journal or equivalent environment.  Experience with PowerPoint and print production would also be desirable, though not essential.
