This is a unique opportunity to work for an independent Healthcare Communications Consultancy, with the flexibility to work from home.

The Company:

This is a boutique healthcare communications consultancy that prides itself on its ability to fuse science and marketing thereby delivering unique programmes for clients. Their offices are based in Central London although this position has the flexibility of home working.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the strategic direction, delivery and growth of European and International medical communications accounts. Projects are varied and may range from publications plans through to full blown KOL programmes, integrated communications programmes and advisory boards. Account therapy areas include diabetes, respiratory, oncology and womens’ health for top 10 pharma and diagnostics clients.

You will be client facing and be an integral part of the pitch process as well as taking responsibility for organic account growth. This company pride themselves on their level of client service and the truly bespoke nature of their programmes, embracing their boutique status and all that it represents.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Life Science Degree
  • Experience within a healthcare communications agency, pharmaceutical marketing environment or equivalent.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in the face of changing priorities
  • Remarkable attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of healthcare communication programme design and implementation
  • Expertise in new and organic business proposal preparation
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to lead new business pitches
  • Proficiency in financial management of global projects
  • Impeccable client relationship skills
  • A can-do attitude, the desire to strive for excellence on all projects
  • Ability for international travel
