Our client, an international medical communications agency, has an opportunity for an account director to join their talented team in their Chicago offices.

Continued growth of their business, providing services to major pharmaceutical clients has created a new opportunity for an individual with excellent account direction skills and experience to join the team.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of the theory and practice of strategic medical communications (including specifically the role of technical medical publications), and must have a strong client service orientation.  This is a hands-on role requiring leadership traits.

Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

• Life science degree, preferably higher degree.
• Previous experience or knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, in agency or pharma a plus, although equivalent experience will be considered.
• Leadership abilities.
