This is a very exciting opportunity to work within a ‘boutique’ healthcare PR Communications Agency in the heart of London.  This independent agency allows the creative team the ability to work without any constraints and innovation to become the focus. This team deliver award winning creative programmes with ease.

Responsibilties

• Assist in the development of strategic communications programmes for clients
• Support the Account Leader through effective and efficient management of client programmes
• Organise and attend client status meetings and prepare contact and/or status reports
• Liaise with clients and provide advice on programme activities
• Draft programme materials, e.g. press releases, medical backgrounders, proposals and Project Specification Sheets
• Organise and implement client events including the overseeing of actions and timings and liaising with expert speakers
• Evaluate client programme
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
• Manage client budgets including monthly client billing and invoicing
• Work with the media by initiating and manage media enquiries and selling in feature ideas.

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in an ethical healthcare agency environment with a focus on prescription only drugs or equivalent combination of knowledge and education

• Excellent computer literacy
• Life sciences or PR degree essential
• You will have a exemplary written and oral skills
