An international market research agency has an opportunity for an entry level candidate to join their growing team.

Company Background:

My client and its U.S. affiliate have expertise in identifying, locating and working with Opinion Leaders in more than 200 therapeutic areas both domestically and abroad. Within the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research area, the company specialises in conducting Qualitative studies, with target groups including Opinion Leaders, Specialists, General Practitioners and patients. Our programmes are being conducted for numerous companies throughout the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and provide highly actionable information that supports marketing and business decisions.

My client consults for the Pharmaceutical Industry Worldwide and due to rapid expansion they are seeking to employ a Project Executive to join an already successful Branded Solutions team.

Primary Responsibility:

• To assist the Project Managers in the completion of studies to profile and segment Opinion Leaders in a range of therapeutic areas.

Initial Duties:

• Comprehensive desk research – carried out on a set list of physicians (Opinion Leaders) for a topic area (e.g. involvement in clinical trials, speaking engagements, advisory roles, etc.).
• Transcription of interviews with Opinion Leaders.
• Data entry – enter desk research and responses from Opinion Leaders into web deliverable.
• Check all data entered meets requirements.
• Proof-read and test web deliverable for release to client.

Further Duties (after comprehensive training):

• Set up mailings for projects.
• Send out mailings, handle replies from Opinion Leaders.
• Follow up reminder phone calls with Opinion Leaders.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of replies and response rates for a particular project.
• Minor supervision and training of temporary staff.
• Attend weekly update meetings with all Sales Directors and other Project Managers.
• Analyse data and produce presentations for final release to client.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Graduate in Biomedical Sciences or related degree
• IT proficiency (ms office applications)
• Dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent communications and inter personal skills
