Description:
This purpose of the role is to preside over optimal delivery of communications solutions to meet client needs, providing the highest quality materials to deadline within budget.
The role with involve:
- Day-to-day operational management & co-ordination of editorial, meetings, multi-media, events, exhibitions & publishing teams to ensure optimal solutions delivery to designated clients
Day-to-day management of overall client contacts & communications
- Ensuring all time-lines are met and that delivered solution meets client needs
- Identifying business opportunities
- Developing innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Assembling teams to win and deliver business
- Understanding client issues & client strategies
- Managing profitability of assigned projects
Knowledge & Experience:
- In-depth disease, market and product understanding within client's therapy areas
- Able to relate to key client personnel in a professional & credible fashion
- Strong project management skills
- Good team leader and motivator
- In-depth understanding of company offerings relevant to solutions delivery
- Extensive experience of account management / solutions delivery
