They are seeking Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to assist in the delivery of strategic and tactical projects that help their pharmaceutical industry clients to use digital content and social media to engage external stakeholders.
They work in a number of areas including brand communications, such as medical conferences, disease awareness campaigns, publication of new data and product launch; R&D communications, to drive partnership and engagement with the research community; Patient engagement, for research and co-creation and corporate content and social media strategy, to coordinate a cohesive story.

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, your main role will be to support the Account Directors in managing projects on key accounts, a variety of US, UK, EU, to ensure continued delivery of high quality projects. In addition, you will be expected to support pitches and support further development of their services, working closely with the internal team.
Day to day, you will be overseeing a number of projects and have specific responsibility for supporting individual clients. This team fosters an innovative culture to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
As our client base rapidly expands, our team is also growing rapidly and we are currently recruiting an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager in the UK to support our project delivery and relationship development with current and future major clients. You will also be responsible for developing an ecosystem of professional partners from other service providers, patient / physician communities, medical associations, patient organisations, technology companies and KOLs.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate existing expertise in digital content and social media engagement (ideally, but not exclusively, within healthcare), be extremely organized, hands-on and a detail-orientated team player. They are looking for a confident and independent individual who can effectively manage clients and projects to the highest standards.
