A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-paced digital publishing and medical communications agency and be based in their offices in Surrey.
Our client creates, develops and delivers high quality written, audio and video multimedia and social media content for clients in the pharmaceutical industry and related service industry. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships by ensuring the efficient delivery of projects. You will be the first point of contact for the client, overseeing the planning and delivery of projects, and act as the lynch pin between all the key stakeholders including internal (management team /client services / editorial / design) along with external contacts including authors, designers, translation, transcription and other suppliers. In addition you will provide feedback on operational processes to ensure continuous improvement of project delivery to enhance client satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of a diverse, talented and friendly team and in the course of the role will gain significant external exposure through client projects and working closely with the CEO.
