ID Search and Selection will agree Terms and Conditions of Business with your company prior to starting any work on your behalf. This we request in the interests of openness and transparency.  We want you to be aware of what we will be doing for you, and also for you to know the fees that you will incur upon successful placement. We do this so that the next time you’re hiring, for example, a medical writer or account manager, there are no unexpected surprises.

We work on a no success, no fee basis. The fee is generally determined as a percentage of the successful candidate’s annual starting salary and any taxable emoluments. For full details, please contact one of our consultants who will take you through the T&Cs, and who, on request, will provide you with a written copy of our Terms and Conditions of Business for both permanent and contract staff.
