Recruitment can never be fully guaranteed but for your peace of mind all of our placements are supported by a 12-week sliding rebate scheme. The rebate scheme is in place as a safety net for those very occasional situations which you simply can't legislate for, where the candidate leaves/ is dismissed within 12 weeks of their start date.  This does not however cover the client company if it makes a placed candidate redundant within the rebate scheme period.

It has been our experience that this situation rarely arises and we provide this scheme as a business courtesy which hopefully further demonstrates our commitment to providing the very best we can. In the unfortunate event of the rebate scheme being brought into action, as well as making the appropriate financial reparation we would always endeavour to refill the position as quickly as possible.
