ID Search & Selection Limited is hereafter referred to as ID-SS. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age and you do have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
You are registered as a sole trader or limited company in the United Kingdom and are in possession of documentation to support this status which can be presented upon request.
You agree that ID-SS will charge a fee to the client company for any assignments arranged by ID-SS. All subsequent bookings with the same client carried out within a six month period are subject to an ID-SS fee unless an alternative arrangement has been reached and documented.
You are obligated to make ID-SS aware of any work undertaken on behalf of a client over and above what has been specifically agreed with the client.
You agree to submit a time sheet to ID-SS for any and all work undertaken on behalf of a client company arranged by ID-SS.
You agree to furnish ID-SS with an up-to-date copy of your Curriculum Vitae including 2 professional referees.
You agree that you will not publish any contact or identifying contact details of any kind on your profile page; this includes your name/ nickname, telephone numbers, email addresses, social networking addresses etc.
ID-SS has the right to remove published information from your profile page or suspend your account at any time and without prior consultation.
Your profile page will be published only after authorisation by ID-SS. ID-SS reserves the right to amend /delete the information that you have provided without consultation. Any subsequent editing of your profile will require reauthorisation by ID-SS.
Anything published on your freelancers profile page on the ID-SS website remains your responsibility. We expect professional standards, any inflammatory content will be removed without consultation and your account may be suspended. ID-SS is not liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether, direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred as a result of information published on your profile page.
If you agree fulltime employment as a result of an assignment arranged by ID-SS within 6 months of carrying out that assignment – you are obligated to inform ID-SS who will in turn charge a fee to the client.
ID-SS shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether, direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by the Client Company arising from or in any way connected with ID-SS seeking an Applicant for the Client or from the Introduction to or Engagement of any Applicant by the Client or from the failure of ID-SS to introduce any Applicant.
